L. Castles, Jr., PE
PresidentAs founder and President of the firm,
Robert takes an active role in the daily operations as well as serving as the senior
design professional on many projects. Robert has a strong background in many areas of
Civil Engineering, including commercial, industrial, municipal, residential, and marine
projects. Roberts extensive experience with water system modeling and design,
sanitary sewer collection and pumping systems, and water quality and quantity modeling,
coupled with his hands-on approach to projects, make him an invaluable part of the Castles
team. Another of Roberts specialties is construction, contracts, disputes and
claims. This includes reviewing contract documents to make sure they not only protect the
entities, but also protect the project and the cost. He has been an expert witness on
numerous construction litigation cases. A well-respected community business leader, Robert
Castles provides experience and leadership to the Team. |

Vice President
With expertise in land development, commercial site design, transportation engineering,
and municipal projects, Rob contributes much to the Castles Team. His expertise in
drainage modeling, water quality design, and storm water collection and treatment make him
a leader in the field. Rob also leads the firms transportation design team with
detailed traffic studies and signal design. Always on the forefront of technology and
pioneering design solutions, Rob Wilfong provides forward thinking and innovative
leadership to the Castles Team. |

Vice President
A professional engineer and land surveyor, Johns experience includes land planning,
due-diligence, feasibility studies, and detailed land development design. He has a strong
background in residential and commercial development and a long track record of successful
development projects. Johns expertise in development design and permitting stems
from his background in environmental engineering and regulatory permitting. His survey
background and experience in the field make him a key part of the Castles
Team. |
